Coyote Cove Subdivision consists of 35 residential lots along the North shore of Hatcher Lake. This gated community was created in 2006 and is governed by the Coyote Cove Owners Association.
Governing documents consist of our Bylaws and CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) including 5 amendments to the CC&Rs. Both documents may be downloaded here.....
